Partner Types

We categorise our partners so that their profile fits accurately into our database and the right technical assistance, training, sales and marketing support is offered and maintained.

Content Partners

Our content or media partners are creative companies who manage relationships with clients from a content design perspective. Most of the time they are not directly involved in selling Acquire but we support them in the promotion of Acquire by providing assistance during presentations and meetings, often at our headquarters in the UK.

Agencies

Marketing agencies or digital marketing agencies can play the same part as content partners, and often provide the same kind of service. But they sometimes also resell Acquire products or services on to their clients.

Network Owners

Acquire Network Owners are companies who have built and operate a network of devices running Acquire software. They may or may not own the hardware and infrastructure i.e. they are reselling the Acquire products and services and usually controlling the content distribution and support functions.

System Integrators

Acquire System Integrators focus on market segments specific to digital signage or kiosks and create hardware and software solutions based on their customers’ requirements. They are often consulting specialists who have an in-depth technical knowledge of Acquire. They not only sell hardware and software but often provide content design/management and support.

Introducers

Acquire Introducers are companies who have prospective contacts within key market segments. They receive commission following sales.

Resellers

Acquire Resellers are usually AV (Audio Visual) or ICT (Information and Communications Technology) companies. Acquire products do not provide a primary source of income for them because they do not focus on the digital signage or kiosk markets. They resell the Acquire software licences usually without adding additional components or services. Additional revenues are usually generated through training and support contracts.

Acquire VARs

Value Added Resellers are resellers who add additional products and/or services to the Acquire ones in order to ‘add value’. This could be any combination of software and hardware components.

Hardware Technology Partners

Acquire Hardware Technology Partners are companies with whom we share a business related synergy. This usually refers to hardware, where the product adds value to one or all of our own products.

Alliance Partners

Alliance Partners are usually software or service companies with whom we share a common goal, to promote our combined solution to offer clients the best of both worlds.

Service Partners

Acquire’s Service Partners are companies who help us with large installations or roll-outs but they do not usually sell Acquire licences. They also sometimes work with some of our other partners on a contractual basis.
